Grade 3 toy and book collection

During the week of April 4,  students in third grade collected toys and Japanese books for the children of Tohoku. These items will be distributed to children who are living in shelters by Dr. Akiko Ohnogi of the Japan Association Play Therapy, who is training volunteers to help these children overcome trauma through therapeutic play. Our students collected 6 boxes of toys and books. Thank you to everyone who donated these items!
